Church Camp

Leader: Philip and Tracy Cole

SummerLive at Baptist Vista, in Cass, Arkansas

Attending church camp encourages spiritual growth through a Bible-centered environment, allowing those who go to focus on their relationship with God and fellow Christians.

While attending church camp, there is an opportunity for campers to observe and learn from godly mentors (counselors, staff, and speakers). With there being no distractions such as TV’s, cell-phones, mp3 players, computers, video games, etc. campers can focus full heartedly on Jesus Christ. These distractions serve to busy the mind and keep people from focusing on the deeper questions of life such as, “Why am I here?” “What will happen to me when I die?” “Does my life have meaning?” While occupied with fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind (Ephesians 2:3), people have little time to ponder such questions. Church camp provides the answers to these questions and gives a place for godly people to grow in serving Christ.

We would love to have you join us at SummerLive this year!

We will be enjoying the beautiful creations our Lord has given us, growing closer to one another through games and fellowship, all while digging deeper into His Word.
